Profile

Newsroom experience, research discipline.

I graduated from KNUST with a Second Class Upper degree in Media and Communication Studies, specializing in Media Studies. Across roles at Focus FM, The BAC Group and Nhyira FM/Luv FM, I've built experience in news reporting, live broadcasting, digital content and multimedia production.

Alongside the newsroom work, I've carried out independent and group research into editorial bias, public perception and student leadership — work that keeps pulling me toward questions of digital communication, audience behaviour and how media can better serve underserved communities.

Profile

I'm a Media and Communication Studies graduate from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), specializing in Media Studies, and I graduated with a Second Class Upper degree. My time in journalism has run through campus radio, commercial sports media and a national broadcast group — Focus FM, The BAC Group, and Nhyira FM/Luv FM — where I've worked across news reporting, broadcasting, digital content creation and multimedia production.

Alongside that newsroom work, I've built a research practice examining student leadership, editorial bias, public perception and decision-making. That combination — reporting the story and asking what shapes how a story is told — is what defines how I work.

I'm increasingly drawn to digital communication, media influence, audience behaviour, and how media can do more to empower underserved communities.
